Description
Zendesk moved from a single product to a family of products complete with new logo and website.
I was lead liaison on localizing the story in international markets, preparing all materials, project briefs, and spokespeople.
The communications team was in charge of planning the big-budget launch event, driving strategy around the launch, story tiering, media relations, event planning, developing messaging, and positioning.
